The teak quality can be measured in terms of Oil content, Strength and the grains. No.1 Teak in the world comes from Myanmar (Burma). There are Africa and Latin America Teaks also available.
Teak wood is Suitable for medium budget houses. If Burma Teak is considered the Top quality and expensive, Africa comes very close with the quality but cheaper.
